I was wondering what the minimum limit for minimal sabinos is for registry in the Color Division? As I have 2 models that I have as minimal sabinos (4 white socks each, some white on face.) I have gone through everything I could find about sabino's and the minimum was say a star and socks, I've even studied the pedigree's I have assigned to them. I just wanted to find out what is allowed here for registry.

Any expression of pinto patterns is registerable. Minimal expression all the way to a full blown completely white horse. Minimal splash white patterns might just be blue eyes and a snip. As long as the white is identifiable as a minimal pinto pattern, then it's okay. Expecially if you've got a pedigree to back it up! For a minimal sabino, I'd expect the socks to have jagged edges and pointier in front, possibly with some detached white. If the face white comes onto the chin, that's a huge plus. If you have doubts about a certain horse, I can be more specific if I see an actual picture. Hope this helps though! Erin
