To enter a show, please upload each picture to the appropriate folder in the Photobucket album. Include the model's name, breed, gender, color, make and your name. In performance photos, a short description of what is being performed is also required.
(Example: Dun Twisted, dun tobiano Paint mare, CM Breyer, OB Jane Doe)
Registered members will be sent a PM with the username and password of the EMHRC album.
Grand & Reserve Champions will be determined as follows:
All 1st place horses from classes 1-8 will automatically be entered into the Gender Halter Champion class; for that class, only Grand & Reserve Champions will be named.
All 1st place horses from classes 9-36 will automatically be entered into the Color Halter Champion class; for that class, only Grand & Reserve Champions will be named.
All 1st place horses from classes 37-48 will automatically be entered into the Breed Halter Champion class; for that class, only Grand & Reserve Champions will be named.
All 1st place horses from classes 49-79 will automatically be entered into the Performance Champion class; for that class, only Grand & Reserve Champions will be named.
The horse who earns the highest number of points in the show will be named "High Point Horse", no extra points will be earned but they will receive a certificate. Also, an "OF/TU High Point Horse" and a "CM High Point Horse" will be named, they will also get certificates but no extra points.
If you are unsure of which Color Halter class your horse should enter, please ask on the General board.
So as not to unfairly penalize other makes of horses, Breyers, Peter Stones, etc will be judged separately from Empire, Funrise, etc whenever possible.
Original Finish (OF) horses are defined as models that remain in their original factory condition -nothing has been added to or removed from their appearance.
Touched up (TU) horses are defined as models that have had a small amount of minor restoration done. TU models should not look different from their OF counterparts, they have simply had a scratch/rub/scuff painted over to make them appear to still be an OF.
Customized (CM) horses have been altered from their factory condition in some way. Anything that changes the horse's original look is considered a CM. The change can be simple or drastic, but they must be shown as a CM.
If there are less than three horses in a class, the OF/TU and CM sections will be combined and judged as one class. If there are still less than three horses after combining the class, the class will be canceled, or combined with a similar class at the judge's discretion.
Classes 9-24 are for horses registered in the Color Division of the EMHRC, classes 26-36 are for horses registered in the Rare Breeds Division.
